详细信息:Millipore’s Human Neurogenesis CELISA Assay (SCR109) is a simple quantitative assay by which researchers can quickly determine the effects of experimental treatments on the proliferation and neural differentiation potential of their cell population. It is appropriate for ELISA analysis of whole cells, or “in-cell” ELISA. Included in the kit are reagents to assess the effects of experimental treatments on the survival and proliferation of the cell population, along with validated antibodies to measure the effects on neural lineage-specific differentiation.
