详细信息:The EasySep™ Human CD25high Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD25high cells from CD4+ T cell or regulatory T cell enriched samples by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD25 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD25 antigen is expressed at varying levels on human regulatory T cells, activated T cells, B cells and monocytes.
