详细信息:The StemSep™ Epithelial Tumor Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate epithelial tumor cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cell suspensions, bone marrow, pleural or peritoneal effusions by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD2, CD14, CD16, CD38, CD45, CD66b, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles.
