These antibodies are bound in bispecific Tetrameric Antibody Complexes (TAC), which are directed against HLA-DR and dextran. The subclass of the mouse monoclonal antibody is IgG1. HLA-DR is a major histocompatibility class II antigen expressed on B cells, activated T cells, and antigen presenting cells.
