详细信息:The Astrocyte Differentiation Medium is a specially formulated medium optimized for the preferential differentiation of rodent neural stem cells to an astrocyte lineage. The medium has been extensively validated on mouse cortical and spinal cord neural stem cells and on rat hippocampal neural stem cells. Using Millipore's Astrocyte Differentiation Medium, relatively pure populations of astrocytes (>80-90% GFAP) are obtained.
