详细信息:NT-3 is a potent neurotrophic factor which supports the growth and survivability of nerve and/or glial cells. The active form of human NT-3 is a dimer, formed by two 13.6 kDa polpeptide monomers (240 total amino acid residues), which is held together by strong hydrophobic interactions.
